Scope

This document describes the use of accounts, game balances, items and bonus features on 555Drop. External services have their own terms governing their services.

Access and accounts

The platform is intended for adults. Personal features require sign-in. Users are responsible for securing their external accounts and for the accuracy of the information they provide.

You must not impersonate another person, use someone else's payment methods without permission or bypass platform restrictions.

Game balance

Dropcoins are used for actions within 555Drop. The game balance cannot be withdrawn as money. Check the amount, currency and conditions of your chosen payment method before making a deposit.

A payment is credited after confirmation from the provider. Disputed charges and refund requests are reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable mandatory requirements.

Game actions

The cost and available items are shown in the relevant mode. Confirming an action starts the operation and deducts the displayed cost.

The result is stored on the server. An animation does not replace the operation record. Participation should not be viewed as a guaranteed way to make a profit.

Inventory and Steam

Sending an item requires a valid trade URL and no Steam restrictions that prevent receipt.

Accept the trade offer within one hour of receiving it. If it is not accepted, the item returns to your inventory for another withdrawal after its status has been processed. Processing also depends on external services.

Bonuses

A new account can claim the welcome bonus once using the claim button. A fixed-value gift code can be redeemed only once per account over its lifetime.

Percentage promo codes are checked for expiry, availability and deposit conditions. Removing a code from the form does not extend its validity.

Referral terms

The link to the referring user is retained. The author's current rate appears in their profile; the standard rate is 10%. Rewards are calculated from confirmed deposits, excluding promo bonuses.

The referral balance is separate from the game balance. USDT payouts require a request. Refunding the original payment reverses the associated reward.

Prohibited actions

Interfering with the website, exploiting errors, forging confirmations, spamming and bypassing bonus limits are prohibited. Report any bugs you find to support.

Support requests and user rights

If an error occurs, send the operation number and the circumstances to Telegram support. This document does not remove rights that cannot be limited by agreement.

The procedures for complaints, refunds and dispute resolution must be clarified in light of the owner and applicable law before the draft is approved.

Terms used on the website

An account is a personal user record associated with a sign-in method. Inventory is the list of items recorded against an account on 555Drop. Until an item is transferred through Steam, the website inventory record and the item in the Steam account represent different stages of receipt.

Dropcoins are units of the internal game balance. The referral account is tracked separately and records rewards for invited users. A deposit, a bonus and a referral reward have different grounds and do not replace one another.

Before using paid features

Review the cost, selected mode and available actions before confirming. If a button, amount or previous result is unclear, contact support first. Do not repeat a payment merely because the page did not update immediately.

Use the website only where permitted by the rules applicable to you. The 18+ designation does not remove other restrictions that may apply at your location.

Access security

Signing in through an external service links website actions to that account. Protect the account and check the sign-in page address. Never share passwords, verification codes or active session data.

If you suspect unauthorized access, stop making transactions, secure your account with the sign-in provider and contact support. Identify actions you did not perform. A matching name or avatar alone does not prove ownership.

Creating an invoice and confirming payment

The deposit form specifies the amount and available payment method. The minimum ruble deposit is 500 rubles; additional method-specific conditions are displayed when the invoice is created. Do not pay an old invoice without checking that it is still valid.

For cryptocurrency payments, follow the currency, network, address, amount and deadline specified by the payment service. Network or provider fees may differ from the amount intended to be credited. Choosing the wrong network cannot be corrected simply by changing profile details.

Returning to the success page does not itself confirm that funds have been credited. The balance is updated using verified payment information. If there is a delay, retain the invoice number and payment confirmation and send them to support.

Amount differences, delays and refunds

If the amount actually paid differs from the original amount, verification uses the provider's data and the linked order. A dispute requires comparison of the amount sent, fees, currency and amount received by the payment service.

Contact support to request a refund of an incorrect or disputed payment. Include the operation number, date, amount and reason. Refund availability and procedure depend on the payment circumstances, use of the funds and mandatory requirements; this section does not impose an unconditional refusal of refunds.

A confirmed refund may require adjustment of the associated credit and bonuses. Referral rewards for the refunded deposit are also subject to adjustment. A repeated notification for the same payment is not a new deposit.

Item values and action results

An item's displayed value is used for operations offered by the website. It is not a promise to buy it for real money or a guarantee of its price elsewhere. Check the amount before confirming an item sale for Dropcoins.

Investigating an error requires the operation record, the debit and inventory changes. An animation failure, closed tab or lost connection does not prove that the action did not occur. Check your history and inventory first, then report any discrepancy.

Receiving items

Before withdrawing, save the Steam trade URL for the intended account. Ensure Steam has no restrictions preventing you from accepting the trade. Do not confirm an offer whose contents do not match your expectations.

An item may be unavailable for other actions while processing. Once an offer appears, open Steam trade offers and accept it within the time limit. The link to trades does not accept the offer automatically.

If an offer is canceled or not accepted, wait for its status to be processed. Return to the available inventory and another withdrawal may not become possible at the exact moment the Steam offer closes. Report a prolonged discrepancy to support with the request number.

Using bonus codes

A fixed-value gift code credits a bonus to the game balance. An account can use such a code only once in its lifetime, regardless of the author. Having an existing referrer does not itself prevent the first redemption.

If the recipient has no referrer, redeeming another user's gift code links them to its author. An existing link is retained. An author creates a gift code once; different recipients may use the same code subject to the per-account restriction.

A percentage code applies to a deposit under its stated conditions. Selecting it in the form is not redemption and does not guarantee availability after expiry. Check the selected bonus before proceeding to payment; an unwanted code can be removed in the form.

Referral credits and requests

The author's reward rate is displayed in the referral section; the standard rate is 10%. The invited user's deposit bonus and the author's reward are separate credits. The duration of the referral link does not guarantee any particular future income.

Moving funds from the referral account to the game balance and withdrawing USDT are separate actions. A withdrawal creates a request processed by an administrator. Carefully check the wallet address and network before submitting it.

Submitting a request does not mean the cryptocurrency transfer is complete. Refer to the request status and fulfillment details. Funds reserved for a request must not be used for another transfer at the same time.

Technical errors and support

If an action fails, record the page, approximate time and sequence of steps. Do not submit numerous identical requests, as this makes matching records harder. A screenshot may help but does not replace the operation number.

555Drop uses external sign-in, payment and trading services. An unavailable service may delay a website feature. Do not send funds again until the previous payment's status is clear.
