Privacy policy
Last updated: 25 September 2026Data use and contact
Data is used to operate 555Drop accounts, transactions and support.
Support is available through the Telegram link below.
Account data
Sign-in stores the external account identifier, available name and avatar, and information supplied by the sign-in provider. Users can add an email address and Steam Trade URL.
Operations
Payment and debit history, game results, inventory, withdrawal requests, referral links and bonuses are stored. USDT requests use the wallet address provided by the user.
Session and technical data are needed for access and diagnostics.
Purposes
Information allows the website to recognize users, maintain balances, process payments and trades, track bonuses and respond to requests. Editable settings can be corrected in the profile.
External services
Sign-in is confirmed by the selected authentication service. Payments are processed by a payment provider that reports the result. Sending items involves Steam and the withdrawal processing service.
External websites apply their own policies. The list of processors and processing countries must be clarified for the final version.
Public information
Names, avatars and some game results may appear in public areas such as the live drops feed and battles. Do not include information you do not want to disclose in your public name.
Storage and security
Access is controlled through authentication and administrator permissions. These measures do not guarantee absolute protection against every incident.
Deleting an account does not necessarily delete all operation history: some records are needed for accounting integrity and dispute investigations. Specific retention periods and grounds must be defined before approval.
Data requests
Contact support to correct, access or delete data. Proof of account ownership may be needed to protect the account.
Rights, response deadlines and grounds for refusal are determined by applicable requirements. This draft does not replace them and requires legal review after the operator is identified.
Browser storage
The website uses cookies and other browser records for sessions and individual features. See the cookie policy for details. Changes to processing require policy updates.
Information you provide
User-provided data includes profile settings, email address, Steam trade URL, selected referral code and support messages. Referral payout requests also use a cryptocurrency wallet address.
Check accuracy before submitting information. Do not unnecessarily include other people's data in a public name, description or screenshot. Support messages should relate to the issue being addressed.
Sign-in information
An external service confirms the account and supplies the information available for that sign-in method. The fields may vary by method. The name and avatar display the profile, while the identifier links it to the user record.
Sign-in with an external provider is also governed by its rules. Passwords and one-time codes should only be entered on the relevant sign-in page and never sent to 555Drop support.
Payment and item records
Deposits are matched using the order record, amount, currency, status and payment-service identifiers. Opening a payment page and making a confirmed payment are recorded as different events.
Game history links a debit to its result and item. Withdrawal requests and statuses are needed to transfer items and resolve failed or canceled trades.
Cryptocurrency addresses and transaction information may be public on the relevant network. Changing or deleting website records does not mean the public blockchain history can be changed.
Referral and bonus data
The website records links between invited users and authors, referral credits and adjustments, created gift codes and their use. This information also preserves existing referral relationships.
Redemption history enforces the one-gift-code limit per account. Information about won percentage codes is used to show available bonuses in the profile and select a code in the deposit form.
Removing a code from the form does not delete its award history. Clearing browser data also does not remove server records of previously used bonuses.
When others can see information
Public interface elements may show names, avatars and game results. Consider this when choosing a picture and display name. Do not use a public profile to store confidential information.
External links open other services. Messages sent through Telegram are also processed by Telegram. Its privacy settings are managed separately from 555Drop settings.
Roles of external parties
Authentication services confirm sign-in, payment providers process invoices and report results, and trade services participate in item delivery. They require the relevant identifiers and order parameters for each operation.
Not all information requested by an external service is passed to 555Drop. Before supplying additional information on a payment page, review its purpose and the provider's rules.
Corrections and requests
Editable settings can be changed in the account area. If you cannot change a field yourself or find an incorrect operation record, contact support and describe the correction needed.
For access or deletion requests, identify the account concerned. Verifying ownership protects it from requests by other people. Do not send a password as proof.
Deletion requests are reviewed with regard to operation records, pending requests and mandatory requirements. Removing a display name, signing out and deleting the account are different actions.
Retention and deletion limits
Browser records and server history have different purposes and lifetimes. A cookie's lifetime is not the retention period for payments or inventory. Clearing cookies removes local information, not all account data.
The retention period depends on the data category, processing purpose and applicable mandatory requirements. Disputed or pending operation records may be needed to complete them and investigate requests; contact support about a specific category.
Contacting support securely
An operation number, time, page name and error description are usually useful for diagnostics. Hide secret credentials, verification codes and other users' information before sending a screenshot.
Do not send cookies, access tokens, private keys or wallet recovery phrases. If these have been disclosed, secure the account or wallet using the provider's tools.
Policy updates
This description must reflect the website's current features. New sign-in, payment or storage methods require review of the policy. The revision date appears beside the heading.
Questions about specific data and its use can be sent through Telegram support. This page describes features and does not replace mandatory personal-data processing requirements.
