How do I sign in?

Choose an available sign-in method: Steam, Telegram, Google or email. Sign-in is verified through the selected service. Never share your password or one-time codes with other people.

What are Dropcoins?

Dropcoins are units of your internal game balance. For deposits in rubles, one ruble equals one Dropcoin before bonuses. The game balance cannot be withdrawn as money; referral payouts are accounted for separately.

How much can I deposit?

The general minimum deposit is 500 DC. Some payment methods may have higher limits. Check the amount, currency and provider’s terms before paying.

I paid, but my balance has not changed

Funds are credited after confirmation from the payment provider. Visiting the successful payment page does not replace this confirmation. Check your deposit history and contact support with your order number if you were charged but your balance has not changed. Do not pay again before checking.

How do I withdraw a skin?

Save your complete Steam Trade URL in your profile settings, select an item and request a withdrawal. Your saved trade link takes effect immediately, without manually refreshing the page.

Accept the trade offer in Steam within one hour. If you do not accept it, the skin returns to your website inventory after its status has been processed, and you can request another withdrawal.

Where is the promo code I won?

New percentage-bonus codes won on the wheel are saved in the active bonus promo codes section of your profile. Your selected code is added to the deposit form. You can remove it from the form without deleting the code itself. Codes are valid for seven days; used and expired codes are not shown as active.

How many fixed-bonus gift codes can I use?

Only one per account, ever, regardless of who created it. If you have no referrer, another user’s gift code links you to its owner. An existing referrer remains unchanged.

How do I claim the welcome bonus?

New accounts are offered 50 Dropcoins. Click “Claim bonus” to receive them; your balance does not increase until you do. The welcome bonus can only be claimed once.
